(AMZ-021) NAIROBI - ABERDARE - LAKE NAKURU - MASAI MARA - NAIROBI  :  4 NIGHTS / 5 DAYS  

DAY 01: NAIROBI/TREE HOTEL
Drive north through Kikuyu farmlands to the base Hotel Aberdare Country Club arriving on time for lunch. Afternoon transfer to The Ark, perched 7000ft high in the Aberdare Mountains. Enjoy views of snow-covered Mt. Kenya (weather permitting) as well as noctural game viewing as the animals come to the floodlit waterhole to lick salt. (BLD).

DAY 02: TREE HOTEL/LAKE NAKURU
Depart after breakfast for the Rift Valley. Stop at Thompson’s falls named after Joseph Thompson who was the first European to walk from Mombasa to Lake Victoria in the early 1880's.   Arrive at Lake Nakuru for lunch. Enjoy  an afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru is a salt-water lake famous for its pink flamingoes and is also a rhino sanctuary. (BLD).

DAY 03: LAKE NAKURU/MASAI MARA
After breakfast depart for Maasai Mara Game Reserve arriving on time for lunch at a Lodge/Camp. After lunch enjoy an afternoon game drive. Dinner & overnight at a Lodge/Camp. (BLD).

DAY 04: MASAI MARA
Enjoy both morning and afternoon game drives. Dinner and overnight at your Lodge/Camp. (BLD)

OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Balloon safari followed by a champagne breakfast.

DAY 05: MASAI MARA/NAIROBI
After breakfast drive back to Nairobi arriving early afternoon hours.  Drop off at your Nairobi Hotel.
 

 (AMZ-023) NAIROBI - ABERDARE - SAMBURU - LAKE NAKURU - MASAI MARA - NAIROBI  :  6 NIGHTS / 7 DAYS  

DAY 01: NAIROBI/TREE HOTEL
Drive north through fertile farmlands to the Aberdare Country Club for lunch. Afternoon transfer to The Ark, perched 7000ft high in the Aberdare Mountains. Settle in and enjoy views of snow-covered Mt. Kenya as you await the procession of wild animals that come to the floodlit waterhole. After dinner relax in the lounge by the fireplace or enjoy the game-viewing. (BLD).  A warm jacket/sweater is highly recommended.

DAY 02: TREE HOTEL/SHABA
After breakfast depart for Samburu Game Reserve set in the rugged semi-arid northern region with spectacular scenic landscape. Arrival on time for lunch at your Lodge/Camp. Depart for an afternoon game drive followed by dinner and overnight at the lodge/Camp. (BLD).

DAY 03: SAMBURU & BUFFALO SPRINGS
Morning and afternoon game drives with all meals and overnight at your Lodge/Camp. (BLD)

DAY 04: SAMBURU/LAKE NAKURU
After breakfast depart for the Great Rift Valley with a stop at Thompson's Falls named after Joseph Thompson who was the first European to walk from Mombasa to Lake Victoria in the early 1880's.  Arrive at your Lodge for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive with a visit to the shores of the lake where you may walk with millions of flamingos. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. (BLD)

DAY 05: LAKE NAKURU/MASAI MARA
After breakfast depart for the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. . Arrival at the your Lodge on time for lunch. After lunch depart for an afternoon game drive followed by dinner and overnight at the Lodge.  

DAY 06: MASAI MARA
Morning and afternoon game drives with all meals included. Overnight at Lodge/Camp. BLD).

OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Balloon Safari over the Mara plains followed by a champagne breakfast.

DAY 07: MASAI MARA/NAIROBI
After breakfast drive to Nairobi arriving at mid-day.  Drop off at your hotel.

DAY 03: SAMBURU
Morning and afternoon game drives with all meals included.. Dinner and overnight at a Lodge/Camp. (BLD).

DAY 04: SAMBURU /MOUNT KENYA
After breakfast depart for the luxurious Mount Kenya Safari Club to arrive in good time for lunch. Afternoon at leisure with optional activities offered by the Hotel. Overnight with all meals at Mount Kenya Safari Club. (BLD).

DAY 05: MOUNT KENYA/NAKURU
After breakfast depart for Lake Nakuru with a brief stopover at Nyahururu to view the Thompson's Falls. Arrival on time for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at a Lodge. (BLD).

DAY 06: NAKURU/MASAI MARA
After breakfast Maasai Mara arriving on time for lunch. Afternoon game drive followed by dinner and overnight at a Lodge/Camp. (BLD).

DAY 07: MASAI MARA
Full day in the Reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. All meals and overnight at a Lodge/Camp. (BLD).

DAY 08: MASAI MARA/NAIROBI
